The last four Summer Showcase semifinalists have been chosen.

In voting that ended July 29, Brett Winn (alternative music), of San Diego, Calif.; Abby Paulsen (pop music), of Holladay, Utah; Rachel Sonderegger (alternative music), of Santaquin, Utah; and Cameron Nichols (religious music), of Provo, Utah, emerged on top.

They now advance to the semifinal voting, which runs through Aug. 15 on MormonTimes.com. Also in the running are winners from the first two rounds -- Nathan Osmond, of American Fork, Utah; Summer Funk, of Littleton, Colo.; Jared Halley, of Dublin, Ohio; Chas Hathaway, of Mt. Pleasant, Utah; David J. Caulford, of Ogden, Utah; Jesse Lacko, of Elkridge, Md.; Chelsey Stallings of South Jordan, Utah; and Sierra Thompson, of Park City, Utah.



The top six vote-getters in semifinal voting will perform at the Showcase concert on Aug. 27 at the Sandy Amphitheater in Sandy, Utah. Those six will compete in final voting, which will run Aug. 17-24 on MormonTimes.com. The top vote-getter in the finals will be announced at the concert and will win a $5,000 first prize. Second prize will be $2,000 and third prize will be $1,000.
